wonderful balinese stay
friendly stafftraditional architecturelow water
i found the hotel to be nice and neat with safe surroundings. the staff were very friendly and always helpful. breakfast offered good variety (i especially liked the fresh fruit) and quality. the traditional architecture provided a great aesthetic.
the beach near the hotel was not ideal for swimming because the water level was low . jet skis operated nearby for hours, which i found disturbing (perhaps due to the rainy season). large cargo ships were also anchored in the distance.

the hotel is near a supermarket, convenient for any quick needs. the location is safe and allows for comfortable walks around the area, with a sense of security .

the resort features a nice pool and its beach area is cleaned daily. the tropical gardens are well kept. there are multiple restaurants on site with a good variety of foods.

The gardens were immaculately cared for. I enjoyed the lush greenery. the bungalow room i had for most of my stay was lovely. It was decorated in a traditional balinese style. the breakfast was good. It had a buffet style with lots of options.
The reception staff were really rude. I waited 40 minutes for check in. the room was not even clean when i got in it. I had to ask them to change the stained bedding. there was a drain smell in the rooms.

The check-in process lacked warmth, setting a disappointing tone. The room felt outdated and dimly lit. It was equipped poorly with worn furniturewith an uncomfortable atmosphere. also, complimentary water wasn't provided, disappointing for a hotel in this category. the hotel sells a dream online, but the reality is deeply disappointing.

I loved the garden environment. It had a very clean, adjoining beach!!! the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of options. my room was very comfortable and included extra chairs with outdoor seating. the bathroom was also a good size!
The pool was mainly quite deep. That could be difficult for some guests.

The pool area has plenty of space and well-kept features. This makes the pool very usable and great for swimming. the hotel offers easy access to the beach, and there are no streets separating the hotel from the beach.

the breakfast offers a huge variety, including fresh fruit and cooked dishes. there are two restaurants available. an open-air breakfast area near the sea. the ratna restaurant caters to all dietary needs, and the chefs are happy to modify meals to accommodate preferences.

the location right by the beach was just PERFECT!!! i could easily walk to the sea and enjoy the beautiful scenery. our room was spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of room to relax. the lush garden and the pool area created a peaceful atmosphere, so tranquil! the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
